Deposit Policy

Deposits are generally non-refundable. Deposits protect both you and us. Your deposit locks your appointment in so no one else snags your spot. It also protects us in the case of no-shows or cancellations. When a client cancels or no-shows, without the deposit, we would be losing out on the appointment slot another client would have gladly filled. It also compensates your artist for the drawing time that went into your tattoo. Your deposit gets subtracted from the cost of your tattoo. If your tattoo takes multiple sessions, your deposit will come off the price of your last session.
Rescheduling is allowed, but it causes us an inconvenience. We appreciate as much notice as possible. After the second reschedule, a new deposit must be made.
